My Services

Dear all, welcome to my home page.

I want to help you with the question, dilemma or the worry that bought you here to see me.

My aim is to help you to focus on yourself and explore in a safe space together with me, and to embark on a journey of your mind, body, heart and spirit. To reflect and work together in order to bring forth healing, harmony and balance that you hope to find. It’s a holistic approach that integrates faith and spirituality.

Come and visit me and we will explore in our initial session what would suit you as each person is unique and I tailor my service to fit your hopes and goals.

Individual Work

I work on a one to one basis with you in a safe and confidential space to explore together your goals and any changes that you want to make that is workable for you to maintain.

Couple Work

I work with couples having difficulties in their relationships in a safe and confidential space whether it is to help new couples, or to established couples to stay together. Also for those couples who are looking for support in ending a relationship amicably that is no longer healthy for them.

Family Work

I work with group of families, be it with parents and children or with wider family kinship to support family going through difficulties.

About Me

I am registered with UKCP as a systemic/family psychotherapist (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy). I am also a member of Association of Family Therapy (AFT).
I am UKCP Board member. I am also Aspens (Private Practice) and London AFT committee member.

I am founding Chair of IPPA (Islamic Psychology Professional Association) integrating culture and spirituality in its approach.
